Hey, I’m Brittany Olson.

Coach, Trail Runner, Strength Enthusiast, and Hype Woman for Women Who Want More

Let me guess—you want to feel stronger, more grounded, and more like yourself again.

Maybe you're trying to juggle a lot and training keeps falling to the bottom of the list.
Maybe you’ve started running or strength training, but feel like you’re just winging it.
Or maybe you’re already doing the thing—but you’re tired of feeling like you have to go it alone.

Wherever you are right now, I want you to know:
You don’t have to be “fit enough,” fast, or already crushing ultras to get support.
You just have to be willing to start.

How I Got Here (and Why I Care So Damn Much)

I’ve been an athlete most of my life—but not always in the way people expect.
For years, I played team sports. I loved being on the field, getting gritty, and feeling strong. But it wasn’t until college, when I started lifting weights consistently, that something shifted. I realized I wasn’t just getting physically stronger—I was feeling stronger. In my body, in my energy, in how I showed up.

That feeling? I got hooked.

The second shift came years later—on the trail.

I wasn’t always a trail runner. I didn’t grow up with a running background. I wasn’t logging big miles or entering races. I was also struggling with drinking entirely too much and punishing my body for it. I was nervous to show up at the group trail run BUT I did it. I wasn’t sure if my body fit the mold, or if I even knew what I was doing. And I fit right in!

So I kept going. I got curious. I learned. I used the strength I’d built over the years to carry me through hard runs, long climbs, and gritty days. And slowly, things started to change. I didn’t just feel strong in the gym anymore—I felt strong out there.

And even more than that: I realized I wasn’t the only one who needed this.

Women started asking me how I trained, how I found time, how I stayed consistent. And eventually, I realized what I really wanted wasn’t just to run—I wanted to coach. I wanted to help women feel like they belonged, like they were strong enough, capable enough, and ready right now to start.

That’s why I coach now.
To help everyday women be everyday athletes so you can train smarter, get stronger, and do hard shit in a way that actually fits them. I love coaching women through “I can’t do that” moments—and showing them they can.

What I Believe (AKA: The Stuff That Matters Here)

You belong on the trail. Whether you’ve never stepped foot on a trail or are eyeing your first 50k (or leveling up to your next distance), you’re in the right place.

Strength and mobility aren’t optional. They’re what help you stay healthy, powerful, and able to handle the climbs (literal and emotional ones).

Life is messy. You don’t need a perfect schedule to be consistent. You need a flexible plan and a coach who gets it.

Slow progress is progress. We build habits that last. No “all or nothing.” No “go big or go home.”

Mindset matters—but not in a corny way. We don’t do toxic positivity here. We shift how you talk to yourself so you can keep going even when it’s hard.
